Each of
our corporate events is planned individually according to
your needs, budget, and the season or theme of your event. Our
chefs carefully prepare your chosen menu following the highest
standard of excellence. We offer complete menus as well as a
la carte selections of hors d'oeuvres, soups and salads, pasta,
entrees, side dishes, and desserts.
We can also provide a variety of alcoholic and
non-alcoholic beverages for your reception or banquet. Servers,
bartenders, and full bar set-ups are available. If you prefer to
provide the beverages yourself, we can supply the glasses and
ice.
Our food and service is exceptional, and we
offer you great value since the following are complimentary at Schumann's Four
